Biography
Tina McKinnor was born in Los Angeles County, California. McKinnor earned an A.A. in business administration and accounting from Los Angeles Southwest College in 2003 and a B.A. in accounting from California State University at Dominguez Hills in 2006. Her career experience includes working an auditor for the Los Angeles County Office of Education, a political treasurer for the Kaufman Legal Group, chief of staff for the California State Assembly, director of operations for the California Democratic Party, and civic engagement director of LAVoice.[1]
