The Missouri Minimum Wage and Earned Paid Sick Time Initiative may appear on the ballot in Missouri as an initiated state statute on November 5, 2024.

This initiative would establish a $13.75 per hour minimum wage by 2025, which would be increased by $1.25 per hour each year until 2026, when the minimum wage is $15 per hour. The initiative would also require employers to provide one hour of paid sick leave for every 30 hours worked.[1]
