Background

The Cooperative of American Physicians IE Committee was established in 2011. Paperwork filed with the FEC identified Kirk Pessner as both the treasurer and the custodian of record.[2] The Cooperative of American Physicians is based in California; the organization also established the Mutual Protection Trust, a service that "provides medical professional liability protection" to physicians.[1]
